Original Work
Only abstracts presenting original work within the specified tracks are eligible.

Primary Author
The primary author must have directly participated in the activities described and obtained necessary government approvals and ethical clearances, especially when sensitive data is involved. A person can be the primary author on only one abstract.

Recent Research
Research should have been conducted within the last 4-5 years (not earlier than 2020) to ensure relevance to the current African health landscape.

Prior Presentations
Abstracts previously presented elsewhere will be considered at the jury’s discretion, but preference will be given to new presentations. Authors should emphasize the positive impact on the healthcare landscape or potential to influence future health practices.

Conflict of Interest
Authors of accepted abstracts must submit a conflict-of-interest disclosure form, which will be provided with the acceptance letter.
Evaluation and Acceptance
All abstracts will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by;
Accepted abstracts may be presented as 20–30-minute oral presentations during breakout sessions or as posters. Posters will be categorized by topic, with designated sessions for discussions.
